What Determines Your Move-Out Cleaning Price
We quote a firm price per apartment instead of an hourly rate that grows on move day. These are the factors that decide it.

Number of bathrooms

Empty vs. furnished
An empty apartment is faster and cheaper. If furniture is still in place, we work around it and the job takes longer.

Protecting Your Security Deposit
Most withheld deposits in New York come down to cleaning, not damage: a greasy oven, a scaled shower, dusty baseboards, or a fridge left unwiped. We clean to the standard those walkthroughs use, and you can be present or hand us keys and access instructions. Normal wear and tear is your landlord's responsibility — cleanliness is the part you can control, and it is the part we handle.
Timing Your Cleaning
- Book the cleaning after the movers finish, not before — an empty apartment cleans faster and cheaper.
- Check whether your building requires a freight-elevator or loading-dock reservation; we schedule inside that window.
- Leave water and electricity on until after the cleaning is complete.
- For move-ins, schedule us the day before furniture delivery.
